Outgoing Spikko Calls

What is an “Access Number” and which do I choose for outgoing calls?

Last Updated -

Access numbers are local phone lines by which Spikko connects outgoing calls.

There are 2 options for setting your local access number on Spikko App.

  • Auto-Selection: Spikko will use your GPS/location services to select an appropriate access number. Use this option when using a local SIM.
    • Your location should enabled at all times using this option.
    • The client is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of their access number.
  • Manual Selection: The user selects the most suitable Spikko access number. This option is best used when location cannot be determined, location services are disabled, or if the user’s mobile carrier gives a better price in specific locations.
    • The client is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of their access number.

If no local access number is available in your area, please use Spikko’s “Callback Service”.
